Fast order turnaround is one of our main goals. All orders are processed and shipped within 72hrs of being received. In special circumstances where it may take us longer than usual to process your order, we will inform you shortly after receiving your order.



Our delivery concept is based on door-to-door (DDP). RFI will select the nearest stock location to ensure a timely delivery. When land transport is available (Lorries, trucks, and similar land transportation) delivery time depends on delivery address (actual distance). Our goal is to deliver the products within 5 business days.

In cases where marine (sea) transportation is required, we will provide initial delivery estimation based on your delivery address. Upon processing the order, we will provide a “delivery notice” with confirmed ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).


Alternative Shipping Options

1. Ship My Way: If you have any other preferred shipping method, you can select ‘Ship My Way in our ‘Delivery Options’ page which will be priced US$0.00. We will then process your order, check the rates of the method you prefer/want and send you a separate bill for the shipping cost. A comment to your order or an email to our support team stating how you plan to pay for your shipping costs is required before we process your order.

2. Self Pick Up: For orders smaller than 20 rolls or 5 pallets, we provide customers with a choice to pick up the products from our stock location using their own transportation means.

Damaged Goods

All our products are of excellent quality and you’ll have no reason to return them. However, if under any circumstance, you need to return the products, please do so within 7 business days of receiving your order.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Products are not sold on a trial basis, nor on a basis of Sale or Return. RFI shall not refund payment for orders which are bought in error, in excess of requirements, or are not resalable. When a customer is not satisfied with products and / or does not want them, the customer within thirty (30) days from receipt of the products, be returned to the Delivery Depot, only if they are fully re-saleable, and subject to a restocking charge of 40% of the purchase price of the products or a payment of $150.00, whichever is greater.

In the event of such returns, the customer acknowledges that it shall be liable for all reasonable costs incurred by RFI in relation to carriage, postage, and packaging and RFI shall invoice the customer for any costs in question incurred and payment shall be made by the customer in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5.1 of RFI Terms and Conditions.

1.2 A Returns Authorization Number must be obtained before any products can be returned to RFI, which number may be obtained by the customer from the RFI's customer service department.

   1.2.1 All repairs, replacements or refunds will be processed following receipt and inspection by our Returns department

   1.2.2 Products must also be packaged in all their original packaging so as to ensure safe transit and ease of identification and be returned in their entirety including all disks, manuals and cables.

    1.2.3 The manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged or defaced.

    1.2.4 The customer should attach a return address label (found on the reverse of the Delivery note) to the outer brown cardboard box and RFI will arrange for it to be collected.

    1.2.5 RFI shall refuse products returned without a Returns authorization number

    1.3 The return of faulty products is subject strictly to individual manufacturers' Dead Upon Arrival policies (DOA). (Individual manufacturers' DOA policies may be obtained by the Customer by contacting RFI's customer service department.) Where a Customer notifies RFI of a defect in the products within the time provided for in the applicable manufacturer's DOA policy, which defect is subsequently verified by RFI's technical inspectors, RFI will replace the products or refund the monies paid by the customer for the products.

    1.4 The products will be tested upon receipt. If no fault is found, the products will be returned to the customer. If a fault is found and the applicable manufacturer's DOA period is exceeded, then the products will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

    1.5 In the case where it is established that products are faulty or defective in line with the individual manufacturer's warranty, most warranty repairs will be carried out on a return-to-company basis. All parts and labor charges will be waived but the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are returned to RFI in their original packaging ,or if this is not available, in a stout carton with high density foam providing at least 150mm clearance surrounding the entire product so as to ensure safe transit and ease of identification. In some instances the manufacturer's warranty requires the customer to contact a local agent directly. If this is the case, the Customer will be so informed by RFI's customer service department.

    1.6 The Customer acknowledges that in all cases all Products shall be returned to RFI using only a carrier approved by RFI and in cases where the Customer uses an unapproved carrier the Customer shall be liable for all costs losses damages or other charges incurred by RFI in relation to the use by the Customer of the unapproved carrier.

    1.7 Risk in any Products that the Customer is returning to RFI shall remain with the Customer until the Products have been delivered to RFI's premises and accepted by RFI.
