* How do I add a product to my shopping cart?

Purchasing a product is very easy in RFI. All you need to do is to select a product in our product page, enter the number of rolls you need for the specific product and then select the purchase button after you’re done.

The product will then be added to your shopping cart and then you can either purchase more products by selecting “purchase more” in your shopping cart or “checkout” to finalize and pay for your order.

* Why don’t you have prices for my country?

In the absence of available Polynum insulation stock, or, transportation related matters, it is in the customer benefit to send request for authentic and economical quote.

* Can you help me find what I'm looking for?

Certainly! Helping you find what you're looking for is a top priority for us. We have many useful features that will help you purchase the best product(s) suited for your needs. To begin the process of selecting the best product for you, step 1; please “Select your Zone” to the right.

* How long will it take to confirm order?

Your order will usually get confirmed as soon as we receive it in our system. However in some cases or during the weekends, it can take up to 48hrs for it to be confirmed. As soon as your order is confirmed, you will get a confirmation notice by email.

If you would like to get a sample of our products, please contact us either by email or phone and depending on your location, we’ll let you know on how we can provide you samples of our products.

* Can I cancel my order?

As part of our customer service policy, every order is processed within 24 hours (1 working days). You can only cancel your order before being processed. Once order is processed, a "call back product" policy will be applied.
