Ordering Options:

At RFI (reflective-foil-insulation.com), we do understand that you need to make an order in a certain way that matches your needs and or that of your clients.

*Customer Status
Depending on your volume, we have the following statuses:

1. Distributor or Wholesale Customers: as wholesale customer, you will be able to make bulk or large orders at our distributor or wholesale prices. Our minimum order quantity for distributors and wholesalers is 50 rolls per month or minimum yearly volume of 600 rolls. 2. Retail Customers: If you are purchasing our reflective insulation in small quantities or for personal use, this is the customer status for you. As a retail customer, you can order our insulation products with non minimum order requirements. To get registered as a retail customer, please click here.

3. Architects, consultant or energy writers: Although you may not purchase our reflective insulation directly, we value your professional opinion and suggestions. By providing this status, RFI aims to maintain routine communication with you, via newsletter, useful links, useful thermal analysis tools and new products announcements.

*Ordering Options

1. Regular orders: For retail or wholesale orders of in stock products, order processing will be done on the same business day. RFI aims to send products from the nearest available stock location. Shipping advice will be issued based on the delivery address. As soon as your order is received and payment confirmed, we’ll process it and keep you updated on its status until it’s shipped. For most cases, products will be delivered between 1 to 4 business days.

If products are withdrawn from a distant stock location, our customer service representative will issue clear shipping advice with an estimated date of delivery. For such orders, in most cases, delivery will take 7 to 45 business days.

2. Custom Orders: For distributor, wholesale or large quantity orders (minimum 200 rolls), with custom sizes or configuration requirements, please allow 4 to 8 weeks Processing Period.
